Parking and other FAQs

The WWII Red Light District Tour in front of the Hawaii Theatre, 1130 Bethel St, on the corner of Bethel and Pauahi St. Just look for the big Hawaii sign. The cheapest parking is at Propark, 1170 Nuuanu Ave but the entrance is on Beretania St left side. There is a closer parking lot on Nuuanu Ave and Beretania St, there is also parking at Mark's Garage and the entrance is on Chaplain Lane.

 

Stealing Hawai`i: The Rise and Fall of the Last Queen starts in front of the Queen Lili'uokalani statue between the Capitol building (415 S. Beretania St and Iolani Palace 364 S King St). It is located on a pedestrian path. There is parking at Alii Place (1099 Alakea St) or the Capitol building underground parking garage that is accessible via Miller St off of Punchbowl St.

 

 

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable shoes. It can also get warm, so light clothes are recommended. AND SUNSCREEN!

 

How do I get there?

 


It's raining/snowing/spewing volcanic ash! Will my tour be cancelled?

No, the tour must go on!  But we are happy to reschedule your booking to another day if that's what you prefer. Just let us know.

 

How do I pay you?

You can purchase tickets to the WWII Red Light District Tour through this website or by cash or check before the tour. If you can only pay with debit or credit card please let me know ahead of time so I can make arrangements. The Last Queen Tour is donation only but please call to let me know you are coming!

Can I book a private tour and ask for special accomodations?

 

I'm not a tourist. Would the tour still interest me?
