Where to find the WWII Red Light District Tour
The Hawaii Theater
The tour begins right in front of the historic Hawaii Theatre, 1130 Bethel St.
We depart at 9:30AM, though you can always contact us if you are running late.
Only 30 minutes from Waikiki by bus, the Hawaii Theatre is conveniently located near several major bus lines, and there is ample parking in nearby garages. There are also dozens of restaurants and shops to explore after the tour--just ask us for recommendations!
Take the Bus
From Waikiki
Bus 2 > School Street - Middle Street
Exit at Hotel and Bethel Street and walk 1 block northeast on Bethel.
Bus 13 > Liliha - Puunui Ave
Exit at Hotel and Bishop Street. Follow Hotel northwest for 2 blocks, then turn right on Bethel. The Hawaii Theatre is 1 block ahead on your left.
From Pearl City
Bus 53 > Honolulu - Ala Moana via Red Hill
Exit at Hotel and Bethel Street and walk 1 block northeast on Bethel.
Bus A > UH Manoa
Exit at S King Street and Bethel Street. Walk 2 blocks northeast on Bethel.
Take Your Car
From Waikiki
Just follow HI-92 W/Ala Moana Blvd for 3 miles. Take a right on Bethel Street, and you'll see the Hawaii Theatre four blocks up on your left.
From Pearl City
Take Interstate H1 east into Honolulu, then take exit 18A toward Hawaii 92 E/Waikiki/Nimitz Highway. Follow HI-92 E for 2.5 miles and turn left on Bethel Street.
